V\u00edno je mou v\u00e1\u0161n\u00ed p\u0159es 10 let. U\u017e p\u0159i studiu v Praze jsem nav\u0161t\u011bvovala mnoh\u00e9 sommeli\u00e9rsk\u00e9 kurzy a degustace, kter\u00e9 vyvrcholily slo\u017een\u00edm sommeliersk\u00fdch zkou\u0161ek za\u0161t\u00edt\u011bn\u00fdch Asociac\u00ed sommeli\u00e9r\u016f \u010cR.
St\u00e1le m\u011b to v\u0161ak t\u00e1hlo p\u0159\u00edmo ke zrodu v\u00edna, k jeho v\u00fdrob\u011b. Sen se mi splnil v roce 2013, kdy jsem se p\u0159est\u011bhovala do Mikulova a stala se spolumajitelkou mal\u00e9ho vina\u0159stv\u00ed. Pr\u00e1ce ve vinohradu a ve sklep\u011b se staly na n\u011bkolik let mou ka\u017edodenn\u00ed n\u00e1pln\u00ed. Nebyla to v\u017edy romantika, ale nelituji ani jednoho dne, byla to velk\u00e1 zku\u0161enost.<\/p>

Krom\u011b v\u00edna m\u00e1m ve sv\u00e9 krvi tak\u00e9 cestov\u00e1n\u00ed. Mezi m\u00e9 favority rozhodn\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed Long Island v USA, kde jsem str\u00e1vila 3 roky a kam se budu v\u017edy vracet. Nadchla m\u011b jednoduchost \u017eivota v Austr\u00e1lii, p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed kr\u00e1sy Nov\u00e9ho Z\u00e9landu, miluji subsaharskou Afriku, nech\u00e1m se v\u017edy znovu r\u00e1da \u0161okovat Indi\u00ed a v zim\u011b se r\u00e1da zah\u0159eji v buddhistick\u00e9 JV Asii.<\/p>

V\u017edycky jsem se v\u0161ak r\u00e1da vracela dom\u016f a v\u011bd\u011bla jsem, \u017ee se chci usadit na ji\u017en\u00ed Morav\u011b, tedy m\u00edstu, kter\u00e9 je m\u00e9mu srdci nejbl\u00ed\u017ee.<\/p>

Definitivn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed vr\u00e1tit se na P\u00e1lavu p\u0159i\u0161lo p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b b\u011bhem n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy Napa Valley v Califronii. Hodn\u011b jsem od t\u00e9to vina\u0159sk\u00e9 mekky o\u010dek\u00e1vala a p\u0159i\u0161lo zklam\u00e1n\u00ed. V\u00edna luxusn\u00ed to ano, ale prost\u0159ed\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 hektick\u00e9, komer\u010dn\u00ed a v\u0161ude, kam nedos\u00e1hla zavla\u017eovac\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, tot\u00e1ln\u00ed sucho. Bylo to otev\u0159en\u00ed o\u010d\u00ed, a\u0165 si v\u00e1\u017e\u00edm toho, co m\u00e1m doma.<\/p>

L\u00e1sku k v\u00ednu jsem v sob\u011b objevil p\u0159i sv\u00e9m skoro dvou ro\u010dn\u00edm pobytu v Austr\u00e1lii, kde jsem s v\u00ednem p\u0159ich\u00e1zel do styku ka\u017ed\u00fd den v pr\u00e1ci a n\u00e1sledn\u011b jsem pak projel v\u0161echny zn\u00e1m\u00e9 vina\u0159sk\u00e9 oblasti Austr\u00e1lie. Nejv\u00edce na m\u011b zap\u016fsobil region McLaren Vale s \u0159adou origin\u00e1ln\u00edch boutique vina\u0159stv\u00ed, a zejm\u00e9na pak jejich sametov\u00fd Shiraz.<\/p>

Nepokl\u00e1d\u00e1m se za znalce v\u00edna, nicm\u00e9n\u011b skleni\u010dku nebo dv\u011b si velice r\u00e1d vychutn\u00e1m. S Ani\u010dkou jsem poznal \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00fd rozm\u011br vinn\u00e9ho sv\u011bta a mus\u00edm \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee m\u011b to v\u00edc n\u011b\u017e bav\u00ed!:-) Absolvoval jsem kurz Sommelier po\u0159\u00e1dan\u00fd Vina\u0159skou akademi\u00ed Valtice a d\u00e1l si ka\u017ed\u00fd den roz\u0161i\u0159uji sv\u00e9 znalosti, zkou\u0161\u00edm nov\u00e1 v\u00edna a zji\u0161\u0165uji, kolik toho je\u0161t\u011b nev\u00edm.
Ve sv\u00e9m voln\u00e9m \u010dase r\u00e1d vyraz\u00edm s kajakem na divokou vodu, odreaguji se u malov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo p\u0159i va\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>

P\u0159esto\u017ee poch\u00e1z\u00edm z Hradce Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9, na Ji\u017en\u00ed Moravu jsme \u010dasto jezdili u\u017e od m\u00e9ho d\u011btstv\u00ed a kouzlu P\u00e1lavy jsem naprosto podlehl.<\/p>
